Can I cover my pets?

Yes. Dogs and cats from 8 months to 20 years old can be added to your plan. Pet coverage starts at $60 per month, includes accident and illness, reimburses 90% after a $500 deductible that is separate from your human plan, and comes with vet visits, vaccination tracking, medication reminders, and pet claims in the app.

How does reimbursement work?

After a visit or a pharmacy pickup, upload the receipt in the Jovi app and we reimburse you directly. If you can't pay up front, upload the bill instead and we pay your doctor or pharmacy directly.

Can I cancel?

Yes, from the app at any time. Your coverage continues until the end of your current billing period and nothing is charged after that.
